Charlotte Fox has now completed the Seven Summits!! She skinned up and skied off the summit of 18,500 ft. Mt. Elbrus in the Caucasus Mountains of Russia on June 25th! In addition to Elbrus, the other famed Seven Summits Fox has climbed are; Mt. Everest in Asia, Mt. Vinson in Antarctica, Aconcagua in South America, Carstensz Pyramid in Austral Oceana, Kilimanjaro in Africa and Denali in North America. Everyone on this trip reached the summit, and to date we have raised $8600 for the dZi Foundation. Thank you to everyone who has supported this effort to climb Mt. Elbrus and raise money and awareness of the dZi Foundation!! We could not have done it without you.
We plan to have a slideshow in Telluride early winter for one last fundraising effort for the dZi and will post details here in the autumn. We hope you can join us!
Fox’s team consists of Angela Hawse, Becky Hall, Diane Kearns and Nancy Tyler. The entire team's hearts were focused on raising funds and awareness to support the dZi Foundation’s work with underserved communities in remote regions of the Nepal Himalaya.
Every step climbed, every ski turn and every dollar raised increases hope and prosperity for those in Nepal who otherwise would not have a chance for a brighter future. Thank you for your support of the dZi Foundation through our expedition, The Fox dZi Ski Elbrus Ascent!
If you have a project of your own, no matter how big or small, consider your own Endless Ascent for the dZi Foundation in the future and get involved with this great, grassroots organization making good things happen.
