Society’s caregivers—humanitarian aid workers, social and environmental justice activists, health care professionals, teachers, social workers and many more—bring the best of themselves to heal and support others. But they are often the last to be cared for.
The Garrison Institute helps caregivers cultivate empathy, joy and resilience, so they can succeed and thrive in their work and life. We provide contemplative-based trainings and tools that empower them to respond creatively to adversity.
Together, we can care for them and build a more compassionate and resilient future. Since 2003, the Institute has been a pioneer in bringing meditation and mindfulness to people of all walks of life. Help us to provide resiliency skills to those who don't have the resources to attend our life-changing programs. Please donate to our scholarship fund today. Learn more at garrisoninstitute.org.
