Every year, our school participates in a Golf Marathon Fundraiser to raise essential money for the operating of our school. In the past, each class has been asked to come up with a way to raise money toward the overall goal.
This year, the entire student body is taking part in the Golf Marathon!
On Monday May 5th, each class will have the opportunity to golf 36 holes at Frankie's Fun Park.Students are encouraged to find people to sponsor them for $1 per hole for 36 holes.
We will be having lots of fun competing with the other classes as we watch the numbers rise toward both our class goal and our school goal.
If every student can find 10 sponsors at $1 per hole, our class alone will raise $3960!!
Any parents or grandparents that are available to join us at Frankie's Fun Park on May 5th are welcome and encouraged to come and help their student golf through the course.
To create your student's webpage, simply follow these steps.
1. Go to our class website: http://www.crowdrise.com/TheSpectacularTurtles
2 Under the total of money raised, click on "Create your fundraiser"
3. A pop up will direct you to either log in, or sign up for crowdrise. You want to click on the button "Sign up for Crowdrise."
4. Continue to follow the steps for "New Member."
5. Once you are up and running, email or facebook your own link to friends and family!
