Yesterday, I received an email from my best friend. It breaks my heart even to write this, but it said "I can't take this anymore. The world is better without my ugly face. Atleast it won't bother anyone anymore. I found my escape." I ran over as fast as I can, only to realize I was too late, and she had already hung herself. After a day of crying, bad mood, and silence, I finally gathered up my courage to speak to her mom, and she said that my best friend would constantly come up to her and talk about bullies. Her mom couldn't do anything about it, and I couldn't do anything about it, but together, we can save millions and millions of other innocent lives from being taken due to bullying. I'm just 15 years old, and after being bullied, seeing other people get bullied, loosing my best friend to bullying, I'm finally going to take a step. I'm no longer going to tolerate this nuisance. Together, we can stop bullies from snatching a smile off someone's face. I am dedicated to make a change. Even after talking to a teacher, who believes bullying is natural and is just a passing phase, and talking to my uncle, who thinks people are overreacting about bullies, I am not giving up. I am going to stand up for all the gays, lesbians, blacks, whites, fat people, thin people, ugly people, unpopular people, and most importantly, justice for my best friend's death. I have started my own charity, teaming up with my dad, who thankfully, is educated about bullying. My father and I are going to go almost half the country, visiting almost all the schools, trying to convince them to make their school a Zero Tolerance school. Unfortunately, we do not have enough money to do this though. I need atleast $5000. It would mean the world to me if you guys could help me bring justice to everyone who bullies have brought down, and not to mention, bringing justice to my best friend. I need your help, more than 1000 people need our help. Together, we can stop bullying from further destroying someone's life.
