Tigran Accutane is a 5 year old boy from Sochi, Russia. He was diagnosed with spina bifida while still in his mother's womb. The up-beat and smiling little fellow has had way more than his share of operations, pain, and all the grief associated with his disease, but he's also got big dreams. At least they are big for him. Tigran has a chance to be able to walk on his own now, but he needs rehabilitation treatments. This is where you come in. A clinic outside Moscow can provide the specialized treatments Tigran needs, but the cost of the special care, and for he and his mom to travel to Moscow are more than his family can bear. My team of journalists and colleagues wants to plead with you to donate anything you can, in order that this little boy's big dream may come true.
