2016 TIMH Annual Benefit
March 09, 2016
EVENT DATE: Jun 11, 2015
The Training Institute for Mental Health provides high-quality, affordable psychotherapy services to more than 500 low- income New Yorkers each year, helping men and women, teens and older adults, and couples in crisis overcome emotional problems that are impeding their ability to enjoy life and reach their full potential.
TI's strength as an agency is derived from the courage of its patients, the dedicated leadership of its Board, the hard work of its staff and faculty, the talent of its therapists, and the generosity of its donors. TI's 2015 Annual Benefit will be a celebration of this community, a coming together of like-minded individuals who believe in the power of counseling to change and improve lives.
Because TI does not receive funding from government sources, our counseling services, valued by so many, are dependent on the spirit of volunteerism that permeates the agency, on grants from charitable foundations and philanthropic corporations, gifts from individuals, and donations to special events, like the 2015 Annual Benefit. We thank you in advance for supporting this special night, and for making TI's work possible.
