As part of its mission, Wordstock also puts on a fabulous book festival in October, one of the largest literary festivals in the nation.
Your support would help pay teachers who are teaching kids and their families to read and write better – for personal enjoyment and for the improvement of their educations and careers. Your support would also help put on the Wordstock festival, which is one of the largest celebrations of books and writing in the country. Renting the convention center is not cheap.
A tax-deductible $120 membership goes right to work in our community, inspiring students and teachers, and gets you an annual subscription to the Portland based Tin House literary magazine. Memberships at $35, $60, $120 and up come with complementary admission to the Wordstock Festival on October 11-14.
