The Tiny But Mighty Fund was created to celebrate the unbreakable bonds between animals and their companions, while also raising awareness and funding for animal welfare and rescue groups in the Middle Tennessee community.
The fund that is managed by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee honors the spirit of Chico, a miniature Chihuahua that passed away in 2013 from congestive heart failure, and is named for the inspiration he provided his guardian, and to serve as a reminder that even the tiniest acts of kindness can make a mighty big difference. Join us in the 3rd Annual Tiny But Mighty Fundraiser by considering making a donation, creating a fundraiser team, or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your company is interested in offering a corporate gift.
Between the first two years, we were able to raise over $35,000 for animals in need.
"Nashville Humane Association is committed to the mission of finding responsible homes for animals, controlling pet overpopulation, and promoting the humane treatment of animals. We are grateful for Tiny But Mighty Fund’s HUGE support to our mission and their continued support helping homeless animals within the community. We look forward to our continued partnership and are extremely excited about their upcoming fundraiser." - Joy Beach, Executive Director of Nashville Humane Association
