THE STORY:

UPDATE: A message from Tish:

The chemo has nearly stolen my eyebrows and the steroids have bloated every inch of my body. I'm tired and cranky and have had enough of this sh*t. But I need to muscle through the last and toughest week. Next week brings the final chemo session, the first day of school and a return to work without a breath in-between. #gameon #fubc

********************************************************************************************

Time goes by fast and Tish is doing a great job of hanging tough. WIth last sessions of chemo upon her , her strength is still there although being challenged. Her boys have had some great time at home with mom thi summer ands school is about to begin but with that said an unexpected second surgery is on the horizon in the net few weeks. The recovery albeit shorter than the first is still a challenge when getting the kids to school and keepig the house running. All the support, prayers, likes, and donations are so greatly helpful and appreciated. Seeing how many people share thier support across the country with friends of friends is such an amazing and upbuilding feeling and really helps keep Tish going. Thank you for your support and keep it moving. Don's stop sharing.  CARE AND IT COUNTS in SO MANY WAYS!

************************************************************************************************

Tish is a single working mom of 2 boys that was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer resulting in a bilateral mastectomy.

If you know Tish, you can't help to wonder how she is still standing.  Overcoming hurdles like the loss of a parent, divorce, single motherhood and challenging work situations, she's accepted change with grace and plowed forward with positivity.  Just at the time she was celebrating 40 with her feet on the ground, she learned she had breast cancer.

But this hurdle was no different and just another day in the life as she says.  She attacked it with fervor and humor and began to use her situation to inspire others.  Realizing that 1 in 8 women, the average group dinner table, she knows that some else will be diagnosed soon enough and there is a fun and fearless way to get through it.

Post surgery recovery she didn't miss a beat.  In fact, she gave her babysitter time off so she could spend quality time with her children.  Her silver lining.  But now in the midst of chemo and radiation she should really be taking care of herself.

Although there is no doubt she'll figure out the solutions on her own, lets make the effort to help.

As work disability comes to an end, let's eliminate the extra financial stress by pooling together funds for services like food deliveries, house cleaning, yard service, travel to treatments, extra babysitting, and even wigs!  A little something to maintain the lifestyle of her family and keep her feeling normal and uplifted.

With over 100 likes to almost everything she posts, if all us gave a couple bucks it would be more than enough.  HER POSITIVITY IS INFECTIOUS.  Find it in your heart to return the favor.

Thank you!
