The King's College Cross Country Team, started as a running club in 2010, made the transition this Fall to a cross country team. They competed in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) and the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC).
For the Fall of 2014, The King's College Lions, will make the transition to being a full varsity program. Competing in the very first time in the HVIAC Conference Championships this Fall, the men's team took fourth place and the women sixth. Freshman Abel DeVries and sophomore Isaiah Contu-Owen took home medals as they finished 14th and 17th, respectively. DeVries was First Team All-Conference selection in the HVIAC, as was freshman Keyah Harvey on the women's team.
