Tennessee Death Row Dogs works to rescue dogs which are scheduled for euthanasia at high-kill shelters, provide them with veterinary care, rehabilitation and training if needed, and adopt them out to loving families. We take dogs commonly left behind, but still as deserving of a second chance as any other. TDRD takes a large number of Pit Bull and Bulldog mixes, dogs with treatable medical issues that deem them unadoptable, black dogs, senior dogs and any others in dire need of rescue. Since 2011, our hardworking volunteers have saved over 400 dogs and we hope to save many more, but we need your help to do so! Every dog taken into our care has an exam, vaccinations, a fecal exam, deworming, a heartworm test, spay/neuter surgery and is micro-chipped. Often we also have dogs that need additional medical care as well, such as surgeries, dental care and heartworm treatment. Our rescue efforts are funded solely by donations, so the more funds we raise, the more lives we can save! Please consider donating and become an angel for a dog in need.
