I am a Chef at heart. Determined, motivated, and my love is cooking.. My goal is to put smiles on my customers faces of everyone who bites into my food. I want to pursue my dream of being a private Chef/Caterer for small intimate functions. I am well grounded,with a natural skill in the kitchen. I started cooking at the age of 8 learning from my father who was my biggest inspiration growing up in Miami eating tropical cuisine steaming from his roots of many cultures such as Cuban, Bahamian, Puerto Rican Native American just to mention a few... Fortunately I can just about cook anything that's put in front of me unfortunately, I am unemployed and don't have the means to get my credentials to get started. It's prolonging my dream. These are a few steps I need to take before getting started.. Please believe in my dream...
