Once again I am participating in a kick(my)ass team workout to raise money for the Brooklyn Community Foundation. Please consider supporting this great foundation that benefits the community nearest and dearest to my heart as well as supporting me working my butt off (literally, in the most literal sense of the word literally, working my butt off)
Here's what I'll be doing to earn that money:
Wall-ball, 14#/9' - aka throw a big heavy sphere 9' in the air repeatedly while doing squats
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 55 pounds - aka, pick something up kinda high and put it back down
Box Jump, 20" box - jump up on a box, jump down, repeat
Push-press, 55 pounds - pick something up, shove it overhead, repeat
Row - aka die.
Also, if you're local you can come watch all the action! I'll update when I know what time my heat is.
