Too many medical bills, too little income...
Organized by: Kandace D Williams
For 33 years I have been raising my son who has cerebral palsy, and i will remain doing as long as I can. But for about the past 20 years my health has really taken a hit. From a broken facet joint in my back, to neuopathy in both legs and feet, a knee replacement, abdominal tumor, mesh that infiltrated my stomach making it necessary to remove 1/3 of my stomach and leaving me in horrid abdominal pain, neuropain stimulator implants for back and legs. And the list goes on. I need to get my medical bills which are actually close to $35,000, and there are some for my son I also have to pay for on top of that. We want to relocate to a better climate situation as neither of us can handle the cold anymore. I have some jobs lined up once I can relocate, but I cannot save any money to move with these huge medical bills hanging over me. It is really messing up my credit. We live on a very limited income so it is hard to save anything, but if I could get these medical monkeys off my back, I can start moving forward to getting us better situated in year round warmth of Florida, not the cold of Colorado.
