Transitions provides direct services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other serious crimes in Union, Snyder, and Northumberland Counties. These services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency safe house, counseling, support group, economic empowerment, children's programs, programs for adolescents, legal advocacy, sexual assault services, and medical advocacy. Transitions of PA also offers community prevention education prgorams to schools, churches, clubs, community groups and professional organizations.
