Giving up what we have to see love ones get better!
Organized by: Mikel Hall
Hello everyone, My name is Mikel Hall and I am married to my beautiful wife Tiffany Hall and a dedicated father to my son Mikel Hall. We are a tight knit family who lives in Dallas Texas while family members are living thousand away back home. We have been living here for three years and have made great friends and my son loves the school he attends. We were able to move to this beautiful city of Dallas because of my wife job at State Farm at the time moved us fromJacksonville Fl because of her promotion. One of the best things ever happened was the move to Dallas Texas. Well, meanwhile back in Jacksonville Florida my Mother n Law has been battling with this disease called Lupus and it majority of the time gets the best of her. Well while we were living in Dallas, my mother and father n law came to visit and we had a great time. But we did get to see close up what the disease Lupus was doing to my wife's mother and it was painful to watch. So when my mother and father n law flew back to Jacksonville Florida we decided that it would be best that we go back home and help out with my I'll mother n law. So my wife put her two weeks notice in and I did the same. And we withdrew my son from school. This was a very painful decision to make and it was very hard to explain to our son why we were doing this move. So fast forward to two weeks we sold some things and moved to Jacksonville Fl. On the day we arrived it felt very good to be home and be with family and help out with my wife's mother. Two days later my mother n law had a doctors appointment which she and my wife attended together. The doctors appointment went well, in fact it went so well the doctor made a discovery that my mother n law had no signs of Lupus she had been cured from the illnes. Prior til when we arrived she said she haven't been in any pain and she felt different. We never thought that the illness were no longer there but gave God the praise for removing it. So we celebrated and gave thanks to God. So now we're like we've sold some things , gave up our jobs and have taken our son out of school. So we decided to stay after the good news and find jobs and enroll our son into school. Well after searching two weeks and not finding any good jobs and my son still missing his friends and not happy about the move we decided to move back to Dallas Texas. Now we knew how hard this would be due to the fact we've almost emptied our savings account but we still had 13 days left on our lease in Dallas for the apartment. So we said our goodbyes and headed back to Dallas. We were happy to be back but with no jobs and pretty much starting over again. So I called my old job and explained my situation and they allowed me to come back but I took a pay cut. My wife wasn't so lucky due to the fact she had a different position on her job and re hires had to wait 60 days. So now we have little money and one person working and a child. So fast forward to today. My wife is now working a good job and I recently found a great job. So now we're back working with good jobs and my son is in Jacksonville Florida with grandparents for the summer. But we have had to take out over thousands of dollars in loans and behind in bills. Even with the good jobs we have we cant get ahead because we've ruined our credit with bills being late and not having the money to pay them. We can't even get a big loan to pay every loan company we owe because of our credit. So I'm forced to take payday loans that's constantly putting us behind. I know its situations out there worst than ours but I would gladly take any donations that would help my family and I to get these bills behind us and get ready for the school year when our son comes back home. I really appreciate anyone who read our story and are willing to donate. Thank you guys so much for even reading my story. Have a blessed day. Sincerely The Hall Family
