Who I am
My name is Kyle Paraskevopoulos I am a 23 year old individual who has always been very active and had a keen interest in fitness. 2 Years ago I was in a car accident that broke both of my legs and put me in a wheelchair for a short period of time. Very recently my bone healed correctly. But now with my legs almost fully recovered and a new lease on life I am taking on a Triathlon that will take place in Rondeau provincial park on Sunday, August 18. This run will also be in honour of my late father who passed away from Leukemia when I was 12 years old. It is my hope that this inspires youth to keep active despite your ailments and live a healthy lifestyle which in turn could have a profound affect on decreasing cancer risks for these individuals on the whole.
