Celebrating 17 Years of Survivorship
July 18, 2017
This summer, I will be spending each weekend training with a group of Triumph Fitness graduates, other cancer survivors, and supporters as we get ready to take on Freel Peak on September 9th. Freel Peak is the tallest mountain in the Tahoe Basin rising 10,881' above sea level. Why take on this challenge? To show people that you can triumph after a cancer diagnosis! My goal for Triumph to the Summit is to raise $1,000 for Triumph Cancer Foundation so that we can enroll 1 more cancer survivor in our 12-week Triumph Fitness program. All donations are tax deductible and for every $1,000 we raise as a team, yet another survivor can recapture their life after cancer with the help of Triumph!!
Thank you for your support! - Pam

On September 9th, a team comprised of Triumph Fitness alumni, cancer survivors & supporters will be climbing Freel Peak in support of the Triumph Cancer Foundation! Freel Peak is the tallest mountain in the Tahoe Basin, topping out at 10,881' above sea level. Our goal is to raise $10,881 - one dollar for every foot of elevation! We climb to honor cancer survivors who have run out of time, and for those still in the fight. We climb to raise awareness for the mission of the Triumph Cancer Foundation - to assist cancer survivors in recapturing their lives after cancer. All funds raised by our team will go directly towards Triumph Fitness, a 12-week fitness program for cancer survivors offered at no cost to adult cancer survivors in the Sacramento metro area. We climb to show people that you can indeed triumph after a cancer diagnosis! Go Team Triumph!!!
