I have spent a majority of my life dreaming about traveling the world. I always dreamed that I would travel to London, Paris or Italy and stay in fancy hotels and see expensive paintings and eat exotic food, but something changed. Even though I would love more than anything to ship myself over to Europe, I would much rather spend my time and money on others than myself and this is why I need your help. This June I have been given the wonderful opportunity to travel to Thailand and be part of a fabulous volunteer team traveling all over Thailand to dedicate my time in Special Needs and AIDS Orphanages. Teaching English and helping children abroad, has been my life-long dream. My heart is heavy on this matter. I want to make a difference in our world, and I want to help our future generation make an even bigger one! So please help me, help our future generation all over the world, starting in Thailand!!

One day I just knew that my place in life would be helping those that can’t help themselves. I have been asking God every day to soften my heart and not take the things that I have for granted. This opportunity I know has been an answer to a prayer. This trip will be able to open my eyes to the reality of this world and my purpose here on the earth. Now a junior here at Utah State University I have already been doing a lot to make this happen, as I know it won’t be easy. I work hard every day in my classes; I want to make sure that I take advantage of the opportunities I have been given. I have also been given the opportunity to volunteer in a rehabilitation center for abused or orphaned elephants. In Thailand elephants are often kept as slaves essentially, being forced to perform tricks for awestruck tourists, forced to do hard labor, or even working at tourism camps. These elephants not only often experience physical abuse to get them to perform but emotional trauma as well. The elephant nature park (which is a rehabilitation center) works with not only works with these abused and abandoned elephants, they also work with orphaned babies found alone in the wild that would otherwise die without the centers care.
I have been blessed with this amazing opportunity but, unfortunately, don't have the funds on my own. I need your help! I can't express in words how much this trip means to me. I can't wait to teach and see the smiles on those kids faces. Just thinking about it fills my heart with happiness. I have been saving and working towards this trip. Every donation made is very important to me, whether it be $5.00 or $100 it all goes to making my dream a reality. Help is very much appreciated.

Thank You!

Any donation helps and I thank you so much for helping me achieve this dream.
