The Story

DEADLINE TO GIVE: Jun 30, 2014

Your gift is important. Your gift has impact.

You choose your priority.

The Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy is the only graduate school of nutrition in North America and its mission is to bridge science and policy to advance nutritional well-being.  Funding our people and programs is a top priority and we need your help.

The goal of this initiative is to connect you directly to the impact of your gift and harness the collective generosity of the community.   We will share updates with you after each project is completely funded and report back on who benefited from your philanthropy.  In addition, each project has a champion who has funded half of the goal!  Help match their generosity!

Click on one of the projects below to learn more about how you can get involved.  From training international humanitarian aid workers to creating an innovation fund for science research – we have a diverse range of opportunities for you to support.

This is just a sampling of the Friedman School’s people, programs and research.  Please learn more at nutrition.tufts.edu.

*NOTE* This is the first year of the Microphilanthropy Initiative and we hope to expand its reach next year to represent all programs offered at the Friedman School.  If you are interested in becoming a champion for a project, please email sean.devendorf@tufts.edu .
