THE STORY:

Brian "Turk" Dudney aka The Boise Crepe Guy has been doing the Capital City Market making some of the best Crepes in Boise, and offering Fresh Squeezed Lemonade & Limeade in different flavors with his family for over 9 years. He has never missed a Saturday and this weekend will be the first due to a bicycle accident. He was traveling home from his full-time job at Whole Foods when he came off the Greenbelt and onto a road covered with chip seal. In the blink of an eye Turk went one way and his bike another way. He broke his collarbone, and some ribs. He won't be able to do the crepe cart, or work until he heals, or enjoy bike riding. Turk chooses to ride his bicycle instead of driving to work downtown, he loves his bike rides everyday on the Greenbelt. As a business owner he prides himself with hiring teenagers, and help mentor them to their next job. He has been fortunate to have some incredible kids help - it's vital to mentor someone and help give them the tools to successful. Brian is the father of three children, his oldest daughter just began college so anytime away from work financially impacts the Family. We are hoping to raise enough to repair or get him another bicycle
