As many of you know, my wonderful son Tyler has a genetic disorder known as Fragile X Syndrome. This disorder results in a significant intellectual disability, as well as social issues.
Recently, I was honored to become the Vice-President of the National Fragile X Foundation. The Foundation provides a caring community for families dealing with Fragile X, works to raise awareness, and supports groundbreaking research into treatments and a cure.
With the help of many people associated with the Foundation (and others), Tyler has blossomed into an 18 year old young man who leads a happy and productive life. I am very proud of who he has become.
In honor of Tyler, I ask you to consider making a contribution to help support the important and meaningful work that the Foundation does. As an extra incentive, I will personally match all contributions -- up to a maximum amount of $7,500.
Please feel free to send this message on to others you know, as that alone will help raise awareness.
My sincerest thanks for your reading this, and for your ongoing support!
