Typhoon Rammasun Relief for Quezon, Philippines
Organized by: Kendra Abarentos
My name is Kendra and I am conducting a fundraiser to benefit of the families that were affected by the Typhoon Rammasun in the town of Quezon, Philippines. On July 16, 2014, the typhoon hit the town of Quezon leaving the residents with no electricity and running water. The conditions in the town were extreme, with howling winds and strong rain. Several roofs were ripped off by powerful winds that left residents with no shelter, food and clothing after evacuation.
I am hoping to raise funds that would help many of the families back home. These funds will be used to provide care packages that I will send to the affected areas. It will include relief goods and clothes that I have collected as well for the families who have lost their belongings. Every thought and penny counts! Thank you very much!
