The University of North Texas UNICEF Campus Initiative Club is a student-led initiative that partners with the U.S. Fund for UNICEF and its lifesaving work on the UNT campus. Our purpose is to educate, advocate, and fundraise on behalf of children and in support of UNICEF’s lifesaving work.
17,000 children die every day from preventable causes -- and they don't have to. Our mission is to reach ZERO. Together, we can live the day when ZERO children die from preventable causes. Causes that most of us rarely have to worry about. Malnutriton. Unsafe drinking water. Lack of a five-cent vaccine. With the support of our students, faculty, and community at the University of North Texas, we can help the world's children. Join our club and find out what you can do to help reach zero.
Throughout the semester, we engaged in various fundraising activities benefitting Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF, the Tap Project, the Philippines and every area that UNICEF works in.
