URGENTLY SEEKING LOAN - NOT CHARITY

THE STORY:

I have been searching and praying to find someone willing to do an unsecured personal loan for $40,000 at a reasonable interest rate (<15%) and a 5-6 year term. Over the past 30+ years, I have helped a number of individuals and families make it through tough financial time, even moving them into my home when needed - making this request that much more painful for me. In the past two years, I have accumulated about $40,000 in multiple personal loans (most at high interest rates), trying to keep up with my fiance's medical bills. The up-side: it looks like the worst of her treatments are finally over, with her last session in mid-January. The down-side: I've shuffled my bills as much as I can to make her last two months payments in cash, since I could pull no more loans, putting me beyond line-to-line with my payroll, even with the second job I've taken on, for at least the next year. But there is a plan - rely on God and do what I can to help myself. My current lease is up at the end of April and I have made arrangements to move into more economical housing. I am currently paying about $1,100 per month on the combined personal loans. If I can secure a $40,000 loan at 10% for 6 years, it drops that to about $750 per month, giving me the breathing room to get back to a somewhat normal life - and to get back to the other side of charity. If you've made it this far thru my posting, I sincerely thank you for your attention, time, and consideration - and I ask God to bless you - for looking to this site to help others, and for the compassion that got you this far. At this point, any financial help, guidance, or advice will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you all. Thanks again. Tom and Gina
