THE STORY:

Hello All!  

I am so so so excited to run the NY marathon this year! In true hippie fashion I was meditating on running the marathon and voilà I received an email the next day from my UNICEF family for applications to run for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF.  I was hesitant at first (the lawyer in my may never die), but received so much encouragement from my family, friends and my UNICEF family that I registered the next day.  

For those of you that know me this time in my life is a major transformation.  Within the past year I have gone from being a big law corporate attorney to a full-time philanthropist.  I have chosen to commit my life to helping others and spreading love and happiness.  While still a bit unstable it has been one of the best and most fulfilling decisions of my life.

Running this marathon and meeting the finish line will mean so much to me personally and will help a cause for which I am passionate: reducing the number of preventable child deaths to ZERO.
