It is our pleasure to present to you an opportunity to be involved with the Special Olympics World Games 2015 to help reach their goal of raising over 74 million dollars to host the games in Los Angeles that begin next July 25, 2015. Please join us and the Special Olympics Leadership team that includes; Honorary Co-Chairs President and First Lady Obama, Honorary Co-Hosts Jerry Brown, Governor of California, Eric Garcetti, Mayor of Los Angeles, and our Board of Directors that includes; Rob Friedman, Co-Chairman of Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, David O’Connor, Managing Director of CAA, Raul Anaya, President of Bank of America, and Brian Stockton, CEO of Mattel, Inc. (to name a few.)
In the importance of global unity, fostering acceptance, and the inclusion of all people, the Special Olympics World Games will host 7,000 athletes from 177 countries and will be the largest sports and humanitarian event in the world and the largest event to take place in Southern California since the 1984 Olympic Games. In an effort to expand this vision, Roar Sports (currently in pre-production as a network TV sports competition show) & Todd WorldWide Foundation have taken the initiative to help with this fundraising opportunity and will be hosting a celebrity Blues Gala held in Newport Coast, CA on Saturday October 18, 2014 with 2015 Venue Blue II, and Venue Blue III dates to be announced.
Enjoy the ‘jam session’ as musicians perform live onstage for this televised event. This event is also a call to action for donations, with an online donate function and ongoing silent auction fundraiser so that those who can not attend the event in person can experience the event and donate online – from anywhere in the world.
