BENEFITING: PRINCE OF PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH
On November 13, 2013, The Vermont studio of David Heinz was destroyed by fire. David had spent the better part of 12 years restoring it to its original 1792 condition. Our immediate task is to raise the necessary funds to get his business up and running again.
The barn was home to a lifetime's worth of woodworking machinery and furniture making tools. All funds raised will be used to recondition existing equipment and purchase new equipment. He will also need help to secure new work space in order to resume his business.
David has always dedicated his time and work to the needs of others - from local churches to remote villages in Nepal. As someone we see continually looking out for others, it is our turn to look out for him.
David had no insurance on the barn. Our goal is to pool our resources and help support him as he rebuilds his life. Any contribution, large or small will be greatly appreciated.
HOW TO DONATE The Prince of Peace Lutheran Church is an organization that David has worked with for the past several years in his own charitable work. As a 501c3 charity, they have agreed to accept donations on David's behalf to allow for tax deductions.
