BENEFITING: NATIONAL FALLEN FIREFIGHTERS FOUNDATION

~~On Sept 5th 2015, 5 firefighters from Vernon Fire department including LT Roger Duckworth, FF James Cook, FF Kyle Reser, FF Chris Brooks, FF Towner Bailey will be participating the 9/11 Dallas Memorial Stair Climb. 110 floors, in full firefighter gear including air pack. 343 firefighters and 70 police officers are making the climb in memory of those killed on September 11th 2001.

~~The Dallas 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb is not a race, but rather a tribute honoring the sacrifices of fallen heroes - both near and far.
Fulfilling a promise to "NEVER FORGET" their brothers and sisters who have died in the line of duty, 343 firefighters and 70 law enforcement officers (the number of firefighters/law enforcement that perished at Ground Zero with the collapse of the Twin Towers) climb 110 floors (the height of the former World Trade Center Twin Towers).
