Works of Life is a non-profit organization whose core mission is to assist the less fortunate. We rely on the donations that we receive so that we can re-donate items back out.
Below, you will read the story of a disabled U.S. Veteran who is trying to move forward with his life and is requesting a vehicle so that he can find employment.
I am a disabled U.S. Veteran who is attending college through the Chapter 31 Retraining Program and I am trying to get a job to pay my bills. Every time I find a possible job, a vehicle is required. I have not had a vehicle since 2009, which is also the last time I was employed. I am in desperate need of a vehicle to get a job and would greatly appreciate any help to obtain a vehicle.
At Works of Life, Veterans are a high priority. They risk their lives for our freedom, and in turn, we feel honored to be able to help them in whichever way possible.
We are asking for the public's help to raise the funds to supply this soldier with a vehicle. Donations have considerably decreased in the past few years, and we have not had any working vehicles donated to our organization to be able to give it to this Veteran.
Please help us by donating what you can to someone who has already sacrificed so much!
