Veteran Owned Small Biz Equipment Upgrade

My name is Joseph Butler, I am a service disabled veteran (Active Duty Army for 9 years). I own and operate Ground Forces Testing in Colorado Springs, CO. Ground Forces Testing is a public testing center and I proctor exams for organizations such as Pearson VUE, Certiport, Castle Worldwide, among others.
Over the past two years, I have been trying to upgrade my testing center so that the candidates have a better experience. In addition, I am currently only utilizing about half of my testing stations due to lack of equipment because of lack of funds. The thing about testing centers is that they have to provide a quality experience or they will get cut from their testing contracts.
So the equipment I am looking to get are some noise cancelling headphones, quiet keyboards, and I have quite a few flat panel monitors that are about 5-6 years old and have been failing one by one.
Also, I am lacking enough locked storage space for the candidates when they arrive. So, I am looking to get an additional 6 tier wall locker and to replace the current pad locks and keys on all of the wall lockers with a built-in locks. It is amazing (and disappointing) how many people will steal your locks and keys.
I built each of my current workstations and dividers out of wood from Lowes to try and save money and though this has worked without issue, I am looking to create a more professional appearance and would like to upgrade them to cubicles so that each candidate is given a bit more privacy.
Update: I was able to score some used cubicles on craigslist, and I will be installing them this coming week starting 10/19/2014. I was able to negotiate a small loan from my bank for 2k to pay for it , but I will still need to pay that off as it came with a 13% interest rate. I have lowered the price of new cubicles from 6k to $2260 for the cubicles on the wishlist below.
As a testing center, I only contract out with organizations to deliver their exams. They do not offer anything in the way of furniture or equipment so everything has to be purchased and maintained by the business owner. I have already received a loan from my bank to purchase all the furniture and equipment I have so far to get me started, and my business credit card has about $500 in available funds left. This is not to say that the business is doing bad, in fact it is doing just enough to pay the bills (sometimes).
I am more than happy and will provide receipts and pictures of everything that is purchased.
