To help aide Veterans in processing their claims by getting it right the first time. Having the appropriate personnel view the Veterans medical chart and speak with the Veteran to provide the best Quality of customer service. By gathering the necessary subjective material and following it up with hard evidence initially, in order to process the best claim for the Veteran. The simple forms and requests from the Veteran are no longer deemed appropriate for submitting claims. More and more Veterans are being asked to submit other material due to improper documentation being submitted the first time.
Our organization is looking to donate towards the Iron Horse Marines Foundation INC, in Honor of those service women and men who have sacrificed so much. The demand for a new way of business to aide Veterans with their benefits is more than we can possibly meet with our limited funds. Your gift will go immediately toward expanding VICA so we can offer additional services to aide more veterans and their famlies in the pursuit for their benefits .
VICA offers free of charge service for veterans where military jargon in the office space is an attempt to continue the military camaraderie amongst service members. Battalion Aid Stations (BAS) or Sick Call (SC) was used as a means of getting medical treatment while on active duty. A Veteran Aid Station (VAS) or Veteran Sick Call (VSC) is the place where Veterans resolve any new or pending disability claims they may want to pursue through our company.
We have not been in business long and already we see that the service provided has helped in a timely manner. By submitting the appropritae documents required by the VA along with researching and documenting the Veterans chart, we have been able to cut down the waiting period for our customers.
