The organization addresses community needs in five main areas: personal empowerment, housing stabilization, community development, career and workforce development and community engagement.  Its products and services are tailored to tackle the issue of financial education as its primary function.  The goal is to transition clients from basic financial literacy skill-building to asset- and community-building activities.  This comprehensive process to empower individuals sets the foundation for developing and sustaining financial independence in the clients served.
