BENEFITING: ST JUDES RECOVERY CENTER INC
EVENT DATE: Sep 28, 2016
As midtown Atlanta's nonprofit substance abuse treatment center, St. Jude's Recovery Center is often the first stop for low-income men, women, veterans, and families with children who do not have private insurance and/or cannot afford to pay for treatment.
It's annual "Voices of Recovery" event is the time St. Jude's brings together business and community leaders who share the common goal of building a safe, healthy and drug-free community in Midtown Atlanta.
Funds collected during the "Voices of Recovery" event will go to help St. Jude's Recovery Center provide quality residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment services to primarily homeless, low-income and under insured individuals and veterans. Together with our valued supporters, St. Jude's Recovery Center is committed to reducing homelessness, unemployment, drug related crime in Atlanta all while saving Fulton County and Georgia itself money by reducing emergency room visits.
