BENEFITING: BOSTON OPERA COLLABORATIVE
EVENT DATE: Apr 28, 2013
THE STORY:
"The arts are our nation's most precious resource" - Lyndon B. Johnson
Whether you have been invested in the Boston Opera Collaborative since its inception, or are newly involved, we appreciate your support.
The Boston performing arts scene is vibrant and constantly growing, and we're proud to have established our place as the only operatic organization dedicated to showcasing emerging young artists. We are committed to producing dynamic opera that engages audiences and maintains a secure connection to the Boston community.
But, as a non-profit, we rely on much more than ticket sales alone in order to sustain ourselves and grow.We need donations from people like you, who recognize the importance of supporting the arts. We need to preserve our nation's most precious resource for years to come.
That's why on Sunday, April 28th, we are joining other arts organizations in our community for the annual Walk for Music and the Arts. Our fundraising goal is $20,000, and, as members of the Boston arts community, and the BOC community, we need your help to reach it.
