Sigma Tau Gamma Chapter of Stillwater supports both Autism of Oklahoma - Stillwater and the National Special Olympics Foundations.
Help us raise funds for this worthy cause by donating online or come join us October 11 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. as a participant at our 2014 Walk for Special Needs at Oklahoma State University - Stillwater campus located at the Engineering South Lawn. Come alone or for the competitive enthusiast, gather a team of friends, family and co-workers to see who can make the most laps!
Other fun events will include activities for the kids and their families like the Disney bounce inflatable, luau limbo, bean bag toss, hula hoop, kite flying, a Disney activity play area, a walk through Candyland Lane and much more! And you won't want to miss a special appearance with mascot, Pistol Pete.
Tickets for the walk at the event are just $5 per person; all special needs children and kids 12 and under are free! Come as you are or dress up in your favorite theme: Candyland, Disney or Luau. We look forward to making this a fun event for all!
Here is more information on how your dollars benefit the Special Needs Organizations and the lives they touch.
