Cleveland Sight Center's case workers, teachers, therapists, and rehabilitation specialists work wonders to educate, empower, and employ our clients who are blind or have vision loss. Our clients play golf, sail on Lake Erie, learn to read Braille, mentor others with vision loss, learn new computer skills...the examples are endless.
CSC's 2017 White Cane Walk will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at our main facility in beautiful University Circle. You will have the opportunity to visit our building (custom-designed to assist people with vision loss) and see how we deliver our services.
White Cane Walk is an event to raise funds for services provided to the people of Northeast Ohio. I am the chief financial officer at Cleveland Sight Center, which allows me a unique perspective to understand the significant efforts (and related costs) involved in helping individuals who have lost their vision. And unfortunately, medical insurance does not cover most of the services provided, leaving an immense financial burden on our clients. Will you please help us ease that burden?
100% of the dollars raised go directly towards the services provided to individuals who are experiencing vision loss. Thank you in advance for your continued financial support!
