WaMu Whistleblower Wanted: Who is Private Investor - AO1?
Organized by: Neil Garfield
Are you an ex-WaMu, Washington Mutual Mortgage Securities Corp. or Washington Mutual Asset Acceptance Corporation employee who may have information about a Private Investor/Lender known as A01?
Information must be based on personal knowledge and must be verifiable. WaMu loans claimed to be owned by JPMorgan Chase, through the “Purchase & Assumption Agreement” with the FDIC, were sold by WaMu to “Private Investor – AO1” prior to the FDIC’s Receivership. Securing more information about who A01 is may help millions of homeowners to avoid fraudulent foreclosure from entities who have no standing.
Based on the value of the information provided, an award amount will be negotiated from $1k up to $20k. All information provided will be kept in strict confidence and an agreement can be reached between GTCHonors/Lendinglies and the information provider. Upon successfully determining who A01 is, the fund will be funded again with proceeds from winning litigation and another servicer or lender will be identified.
We appreciate your assistance in helping Neil Garfield navigate WaMu loan ownership. It is likely that the WaMu loans were not transferred to JPMorganChase. These unsecured loans lack the proper chain of title and should not be foreclosed upon by servicers who lack standing.
