Our mission is to increase awareness about the power of yoga and meditation and educate a network of professionals qualified to share evidenced-based practices that support health and healing in military communities.
Research shows that yoga & meditation can improve sleep, help manage chronic pain, reduce stress, enhance emotional well-being, increase mental focus, and reduce symptoms of PTSD. Our growing network of 725 mind-body professionals are commited to sharing these evidence-based practices with service members, veterans, and their families. Our teachers serve warriors and their families in the following venues:
- Military installations
- VA hospitals and centers
- Local yoga studios
- Retreat settings
- Vetereran Service Organizations
- Communities centers
Your donation will go to support our ongoing efforts as well as new programs such as Mind-Body Fitness for Military Families and the Train, Teach, & Transform program.
We are passionate about offering safe and effective tools that support the health and resiliency of our warriors. Our teachers work with veterans from all generations as well as active duty service members and families before, during and after deployments.
