BENEFITING: Academy of Hope
Academy of Hope needs you!
Academy of Hope is dedicated to adult education. Founded in Washington D.C. in 1985, Academy of Hope creates long-term social change by breaking the cycle of low-literacy and poverty through high quality, tailored educational services for adults. We believe education is transformative and the first crucial step in breaking this cycle of poverty.
Since our beginning, we have helped over 600 adults earn a GED. Over 6,000 students have been admitted to college and obtained jobs after attending Academy of Hope. This year is our 30th anniversary, and we need your help to keep hope alive. Your contributions will allow us to cover expenses related to critical student support services such as diagnosis and accommodation of disabilities, career assessment, certification training, and English language learning assistance.
By making a donation, you can continue this legacy of hope. Take the first step in fighting poverty by supporting adult education in D.C. Please continue to support Academy of Hope by sharing the news on Facebook and Twitter! You can even post Academy of Hope’s avatar as your social media profile picture to spread the word. Want to do something really special? Use the hashtage #WeAreHope to share your experience and we'll retweet you!
Thank you for your support. We look forward to sharing the joy of a successful campaign with you.
