THE STORY:

Hi thank you for reading. My husband and I bought land a year ago with a lease purchase contract. We have a contract and all our receipts up to when the occurrence happened. We let the deed holder who we were financing thru know that we were going to have house sitters there on the land . As soon as he new We left the county for work he sold the land out from us giving the new so called owners the deed. These so called owners have now delivered a eviction notice to our house sitters. When it rains it pours. When we came up to Ft Collins Co. we were staying with our friends. Which was nice except we have 3 dogs. She was not allowed to have certain breeds there. 2 of ours are pits. Now I either lose you here or now you are still reading. Ok thanks for still reading. So neighbors in her apartment building did not like ours pits who are not aggressive. We had to leave. No one will take our pIt bulls. We are in a real situation here. We get our first paycheck(husbands) in a week. We found a hotel that will take them but is 73 a night. We have no money. We can't go back to our land. We have no running vehicle and having to use bus system which cost money . He could ride his bike but is 30 miles away. We basically asking for any help. Cash for lodging and food. Is essential. This is a emergency since shelters won't take my pits I will be homeless come tomorrow. Please help If you can. Lawyer services needed of course but food and shelter is way more important for us and our dogs. We can't give up our dogs. To some this is crazy to be homeless over taking our family members to doggie jail to die. Thank you for your time!
