Two new amazing programs!
September 23, 2016
An ovarian cancer diagnosis is a life changing, overwhelming event.
Very often after diagnosis, women can feel alone, scared and confused, especially when they learn that of the roughly 22,000 women diagnosed with the disease each year, nearly 15,000 will die.
We are there so women do not have to face their journey alone. We help women better cope with this illness and gain power through knowledge and support programs where they can talk with others who have “been there,” and gain information from experienced, knowledgeable professionals on treatments, side effects and more.
To better help women diagnosed with ovarian cancer, later this year we will launch two new programs, one providing one-on-one emotional support and peer mentoring, the other financial support for those in dire need.
You can help us get these programs off on solid footing and help more women face ovarian cancer knowing that the support they need is within reach.
