Westside Elementary chose to participate in the Wagon Warriors challenge because we help those in need. Over the years we have rallied around those with in our school community that have needed help. This cause is no different! Westside is full of compassionate and caring people, we hope you like our wagon! Third graders from Westside Elementary in Kimberly voted on an “Emoji” themed wagon to help inspire those battling cancer and those supporting the fight. The idea came from a girl at our school that said Emojis brighten people’s day because they are mostly happy and can cheer you up. Other third graders thought it was a good choice because emojis are fun and can help kids forget they are sick for awhile. Emojis also are a good way to express yourself whether you are having a good or bad day and all kids can relate to Emojis! We hope you look at our wagon and are inspired to stay strong, stay positive, stay tough and never stop fighting (and hopefully donate some money)! Have an “Emojiful” day!
