This particular event, Run10Feed10 is particularly close to my heart because it helps the people in my community. By registering and donating, you can provide meals to the hungry in your area. Putting food on the table is one of those things that we take for granted. But there are so many people and families that are in our own cities that struggle with this every day. Training for this and participating in the fundraiser is a personal reminder that, with the help of my friends and family, we can work together to change the local hunger problem. I am incredibly grateful to represent Women's Health Magazine as a 2017-2018 Action Hero, and be a part of this amazing program. Be thankful for the necessities you have and give to those who don't.
