Join WholeHearted Health on Saturday, July 27 for a bike ride through Boulder County to support the American Heart Association. The ride will start and finish at Kupfner Field Park located on Sycamore St in Superior, CO.
The ride will be capped at 50 participants for this inaugural event to insure a comfortable experience for the riders. The registration fee of only $75 includes: lunch at the end of the ride, aid stations, tour support such as SAG wagons, medical first aid and mechanical support, post-ride yoga class, and a WholeHearted Bike Tour jersey by Primal.
Participants are encouraged to set a fundraising goal of at least $100, with all proceeds donated to the American Heart Association. Participants will have a choice between two routes: a challenging century (100 mi) route will take riders through Ward via Lefthand Canyon, with a return through Lyons and Hygiene, or a metric century (62 mi) route on local cyclists’ favorite Boulder County roads.
About Go Red for Women
For 10 years, women have been fighting heart disease individually and together as a part of the Go Red For Women movement. More than 627,000 women's lives have been saved, but the fight is far from over. Heart disease is still women's No. 1 killer--it affects more women than men and is more deadly that all forms of cancer combined. But the strength of mothers, sisters, daughters and friends fighting side by side is more powerful than any killer. It's time to shout louder, stand stronger and demand change. Together we can end heart disease.
