Whiplash Wildlife Rehabilitation Funds
Organized by: Nicole Capers
As few know.. And as I learned from the Hill County Game Warden... Hill County and Johnson County did not have a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.. And a deer was brought to us to save. Mother had been hit by a car.. so we took the deer fawn in and working with the local Game Warden.. we made legal accommodations to rehabilitate this young fawn. Easy when your taking care of one.. Then we started getting more calls from the Game Warden.. with more Deer Fawns.. welp.. as we found out.. there has been a high demand for a safe house to rehabilitate these deer.. and seeing we had the land we have opened our arms and our home to these beautiful creatures of God. The problem we have is this costs money to feed.. medical expenses.. fencing.. shelter etc. We had been doing this all out of our pocket.. Now.. we are reaching out to you.. anything you could donate would help tremendously! Weather it be funds here. Or building materials at the house. We have 4 acres of land we need to fence in. And need to build pens and shelter at the top of the hill away from people and traffic. We are on the ground floor and in our first year. So like I say.. please help us build this up.. I would love to say We Did this for the Wildlife preservation for our youth.
