THE STORY:

Hi there.  I have been an active volunteer for the Humane Society of Charlotte for quite some time now, and I am looking for your help to raise money for the 2013 Pet Palooza.  I am the proud mama of two very active (crazy and unstable) rescue pups, Kingston and Nahla, and on their behalf I am looking to match and exceed my fundraising goal of $250.  Thank you for contributing to the welfare of all rescue animals, and helping an organization so near and dear to my heart...the Humane Society of Charlotte.

Read below for information on ways to become active with the Humane Society, wear your donations go, and other ways to help with this amazing organization.

Thank you

Jessalyn Mooney

Thank you for visiting our awesome team’s Pet Palooza Walk page!

This year the HUMANE SOCIETY OF CHARLOTTE celebrates 35 years of helping our community's homeless and at-need pets! In 2012, they provided critical services to over 15,000 pets and their people through adoption, low-cost spay/neuter, vaccine and microchipping clinics, and training and education. Let’s give them 35 more great years!

Join us on April 13th at 10 am at Independence Park for the 2K Dog Walk---the wild and “woofy” kick-off to HSC’s  PET PALOOZA festival!

  • Click REGISTER to join our team for the Walk. You’ll get a FREE Pet Palooza t-shirt and your own page to fundraise for this paw-some cause!
  • Click DONATE if you can’t make the walk but want to help out some puppies and kittens!

How Does Your Money Make a Difference?

$25 will feed four hungry kittens for one week.
$50 will supply a warm, comfy bed for dogs in their kennels.
$75 can provide one spay/neuter surgery to prevent more homeless animals.
$100 will make sure four puppies stay healthy by receiving their necessary vaccinations.
$250 will have 30 cats tested to keep feline leukemia and AIDS from making lots of other cats sick.
$500 funds five heartworm tests.
$1500 can help pay for costly, often life-saving surgical procedures.

(All gifts are tax deductible. You will receive an email receipt for your records).

THANK YOU---the animals think you’re the best!
