Will Gould's NYC Marathon on behalf of MSK Cancer Center
Organized by: Will Gould
Friends, Family, and Colleagues,
As many of you know, I will be running my first TCS New York City Marathon on Sunday, November 1st, 2015, as part of Fred's Team.
Fred’s Team is Memorial Sloan Kettering’s athletic fundraising program dedicated to bringing us closer to a world without cancer. Since 1995, Fred’s Team has raised over $60 million. The money the program raises goes directly to Memorial Sloan Kettering, which not only improves cancer research and care at MSK, but also helps spark progress at centers worldwide that look to our institution to set the standard of achievement and pace of innovation.
Through raising money for this very important cause, I have the honor of contributing to the support of over 50 areas of cancer research—including bladder, brain, breast, colon, colorectal, head and neck, kidney, leukemia, liver, lung, lymphoma, melanoma, multiple myeloma, neuroblastoma, ovarian, pancreatic, prostate, testicular, rare cancers and The Aubrey Fund for Pediatric Cancer Research.
This page will be the point of all donations throughout my marathon training process. I greatly appreciate any and all donations to toward my goal of $3,500 and look forward to braving the 26.2 miles in November to help Fred's team in their vision of a world without cancer! Thank you all very much for your support, and please let me know if you or anyone you know has interest in getting involved with Fred's Team. Will
