BENEFITING: MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION OF CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
ORGANIZER: MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION OF CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
EVENT DATE: Sep 18, 2016
Born and raised in Fresno, Aaron is no stranger to Wine Women & Shoes. He works as a Route Driver for Mission Linen Supply. Family is his number one priority in life, which is why Make-A-Wish is something he is eager to support. Aaron has been married to his wife Jennifer for eight years, and they have raised three wonderful children together: Jocelynn, Zoey and Zach. Together, they enjoy being able to have family vacations such as going to the beach. When Aaron is not dedicating his time to his family or his job, he engages in any activity that allows him to be outdoors. Make-A-Wish has done a great deal for his family; therefore, Aaron strives to do anything he can for Make-A-Wish Central California.
Aaron speaks about Make-A-Wish by saying: “Imagine finding out that your daughter was fighting for her life. Imagine that your little princess would have to endure three months of chemotherapy and two major surgeries to remove the tumor that had completely surrounded her lower spinal cord and was growing throughout her brain. When we were introduced to Make-A-Wish, we weren’t surprised by what Jocelynn said her wish was… to go to Disneyland to meet the princesses! I can't begin to explain what her trip to Disneyland meant to our family. We went from one day finding out that surgery was in a few weeks, to watching Jocelynn have the time of her life with her little sister. I think I can speak for all of us who have experienced a Make-A-Wish trip and say that it was a blessing and an experience we will never let go of and will cherish forever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
