BENEFITING: SAN DIEGO MATH CIRCLE
EVENT DATE: Nov 26, 2015
The World Mathematics Team Championship is a team-based, global mathematics competition that brings together highly-talented young people from all over the world. The competition is structured in Advanced, Intermediate, and Junior divisions with teams of six students each. The United States will send at least one team in each division.
The 2015 competition takes place in Beijing, China in late November. All of the funds raised through this program will be used to pay the round-trip travel costs involved in sending 18-24 students and coaches from the all points of the US to and from Beijing, China.
These funds will help assure that cost alone will not prevent a deserving student from representing the United States in this global challenge. Every dollar raised through this fundraiser will go to support team costs.
